Hall hire
The cost to hire are as follows:
Regular users -£15/hr (exercise classes, meetings etc)
Children’s party -£40 + £15 cleaning fee (maximum 4hrs hire)
Evening party/event -£60 + £15 cleaning fee (6pm-midnight, event must finish at 11pm then cleaned and vacated by midnight)
All day hire -£85 + £15 cleaning fee (event must finish at 11pm then cleaned and vacated by midnight)
Saxton village hall is a great venue for a number of different events and includes the following facilities:
Fully fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2 wine/beer fridges, sink, oven, hob & microwave)
Glassware, crockery, pots & pans, cutlery etc
Tables & chairs
Toilet facilities
Wheelchair access
outdoor courtyard space
Fully staffed and stocked licensed bar available at request
